Who we are
Hi, I’m Sarah, the founder of Wiggle and Flow Kid’s Yoga, and I’m thrilled to share my journey into the world of kids’ yoga. My passion for teaching and wellness has always been at the heart of everything I do. With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and currently pursuing my Master’s in Educational Leadership, I’ve dedicated my career to helping children grow, learn, and thrive.
Yoga became a central part of my life when I earned my 200-hour and 500-hour yoga certifications, which deepened my understanding of the practice and its transformative potential. Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga in various settings, including paddle board yoga, partner yoga, vinyasa yoga, gentle yoga, and, of course, kids yoga. Each experience has taught me how to adapt and create engaging, inclusive sessions that meet the needs of diverse groups.
Combining my teaching expertise with my love for yoga, I launched Wiggle and Flow Kid’s Yoga to bring the joy and benefits of yoga to children. I aim to help kids build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while fostering creativity and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. Whether it’s through playful flows, mindfulness exercises, or yoga games, I’m committed to making yoga accessible and enjoyable for every child I work with.
